Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be quite nice overall. The rooms were pleasant and equipped with a kitchenette stocked with everything you might need. They were quiet, comfortable, and clean. The service, especially from IVAN and the staff on the following shift, was exceptional, making it a standout in customer service. The location was convenient for both arrival and departure in Mexico, close to the airport, although lacking sun umbrellas by the sunbeds which made it quite hot in the Mexican sun. The dining experience was satisfactory but not overly generous, and the facilities offered were good.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in La Paz. The rooms were clean and more than adequate, but the dining options were limited. The service was good, and the location near the airport was convenient. The facilities, like the pool area, were well-maintained.
The hotel is very 'American,' so if that's your vibe, you won't be disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by what I got considering it's an airport hotel. However, there was a weird smell like a toilet when we entered.
